Refund Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you received your item to return it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn or used, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide your receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your item upon receipt and contact us immediately if it is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item so we can evaluate and resolve the issue.
Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items
Some types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers or plants), custom goods (e.g. special orders or personalised items), and personal care items (e.g. beauty products). We also do not accept returns on hazardous goods, flammable liquids or gases. If you have any questions or concerns about your specific item, please contact us.
Exchanges
The quickest way to ensure you receive the item you need is to return the existing item and purchase the new item separately once your return has been accepted.
EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
Notwithstanding the above, if the item is being shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order for any reason within 14 days without stating a reason. As stated above, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn or used, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we have received and reviewed your return, we will notify you if your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may also take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and issue your refund.
